The monotony of each passing day seems to ironically bring different surprises. You're either going to be greeted by pleasant surprises or rude shocks. No matter what, we've got to take it in our stride and either accept the blessings with open arms and ride out the crisis like a surfer dude would. Life is only as bad as you determine it to be. Make the best out of it while you still have the power to do so.

Fever Pitch
A night of passion it was. Men toiled hard for their teams as blood was spilled and tears were shed. Many things can happen in a space of 90 minutes. And it showed the unpredictablility of life again, this time it's being reflected in the Beautiful Game itself. Leeds United, a team with a proud history became the third and final team to be be relegated from the English Premier League tonight.

They had valiantly taken the lead in the match against Bolton Wanderers through a penalty by Mark Viduka. But in a crazy period of 5 minutes, the burly Australian forward got himself booked twice and eventually got sent off by the referee, much to the horror of the travelling Leeds supporters. He was thought to be their saviour moments ago, now he has become the villian.

In the second half, Bolton took advantage of their numerical advantage and plundered 3 quick goals and condemmed Leeds to oblivion in the Nationwide League. It was a sad sight to see the valiant players like the Alan Smith in tears after the final whistle. He's a young man who gives his team absolutely everything he has got in every game he plays in. One can't help but wish that his team was able to live to fight another day...
